Premiered 16 October 2008. This new CBC documentary includes details on the dubious evidence being used to prosecute Omar Khadr, and shows why Guantanamo Bay will not provide a fair trial. It features Omar's first-hand account of torture and mistreatment, an interview with one of his interrogators who admits to having tortured him, and a re-creation of the original firefight that led to his detention. The entire documentary can be viewed for free online.
