Doesn't Omar Khadr come from a family of terrorists? |

This is irrelevant. It's true that Omar's father, Ahmad Said Khadr, was an associate of Osama Bin Laden. He was killed in Afghanistan in 2003. Omar's older brother is facing possible extradition to the US to face charges that connect him to al-Qaeda.
None of this, however, says anything about Omar Khadr's guilt. A fundamental tenant of our justice system is that we are only judged on our own acts, not the acts of our families. If there is evidence that Omar committed a crime, he should be tried according to a fair trial process. He should not be punished for the sins of his family.
